@adRHCP no its not, its from years of incorrectly injecting himself with needles, forming abscesses and if he didn’t clean them he would have lost his arm. nothing to do with a fire.

@OpIvyBlackOps …the scars r from shooting up…he never learned how 2 administer an injection and went 4the poke and hope method…and on top of that he never cleanehis arms so they all turned in to abcesess…at 1 stage he was at risk of losing his arm

@pat30473 Look at the pictures of him during his lowest point (1994 to 1997) and then watch this video. He doesn’t look like a skeleton here. This is after he got clean (I don’t think anybody was disputing that). But look at his tattoos. They look like cheap temporaries. The scars on his shoulders are from full thickness (3rd degree) burns. They literally got cooked. Abscesses leave scars, but they don’t look anything like that.
Also, for first hand confirmation, read one of his interviews.

How can you get track marks all the way up onto your shoulders? They are burns from the fire. And yes he might say that he got abscesses from shooting up, and this is probably true, but his arms are mainly fucked due to said fire.
@SebbyHo88 i know he lost all his guitars paintings and recordings and stuff, but he was not at home during the fire for as far as i know. i sincerely hate this discussion and ive had it so many times, i dont know what it is but sometimes i feel like people just cant accept the fact that drugs can do this kinda shit to you and they want to blame it on something they are more common with like scars from a fire
@jelmerdebom He set the fire himself. As far as the scars go, sorry, but this is coming from experience. Those are burn scars. I feel certain that he does have some scars from the abscesses, but the ones on his shoulders are not that type.
